2022 LPRI Convention
The Libertarian Party of Rhode Island is holding its annual convention on Sunday, April 24 at Italian Corner Deli Market in East Providence.
The convention will begin at noon, with a buffet lunch available. Water and soft drinks will also be provided, but alcohol is bring your own.
Tickets are $35 per person. The business portion of the convention is free to attend.

The business part of the convention will follow. The following positions are up for election:
- Vice-chair
- Treasurer
- Member at-large
- Delegates to the national convention
In the event there are candidates for office seeking the party’s endorsement, a vote will also be held on candidate endorsements.
Anyone who has been an LPRI member for at least 30 days is eligible to vote.
Italian Corner Deli Market is located at 10 Boyd Avenue in East Providence. On-site parking is available. An overflow lot is available behind Rumford Pet Center, which is adjacent to the restaurant.

- Ice will be available.
We will need to get a final count to the venue the morning of April 12 so that they can order linens etc. Therefore Registration will close at Midnight on April 11th.
Bylaws Amendments:
As per ARTICLE XII of the LPRI Bylaws:
Bylaws may be amended with 21 days prior notice by a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote at an annual convention, or at a special convention where such an amendment is specified as a purpose, or if proposed from the convention floor, without notice, by a three-fourths (3/4) majority vote. Proposed amendments to the Bylaws may be submitted by any LPRI member eligible to vote at convention.
