2023 LPRI Convention
The Libertarian Party of Rhode Island is holding its annual convention on Sunday, May 21 at Lucky’s Irish Pub in East Providence.
The convention will begin at noon.
Businesss session is FREE to attend.
Early Bird meal tickets are $35 per person and will increast to $45 per person on April 21st. This is the LPRI’s premiere annual fundraiser, please consider supporting the orginization.
We will need to submit a final count to the venue ahead of time. Therefore Registration will close at Midnight on May 14th.

The business part of the convention will follow. The following positions are up for election:
- Chair
- Secretary
- Member at-large
In the event there are candidates seeking the party’s endorsement for upcoming elections, a vote will also be held.
Anyone who has been an LPRI member for at least 30 days is eligible to vote.

Bylaws Amendments
As per ARTICLE XII of the LPRI Bylaws:
Bylaws may be amended with 21 days prior notice by a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote at an annual convention, or at a special convention where such an amendment is specified as a purpose, or if proposed from the convention floor, without notice, by a three-fourths (3/4) majority vote. Proposed amendments to the Bylaws may be submitted by any LPRI member eligible to vote at convention.
