About Matt
Matt Welch has been editor at large of the libertarian magazine Reason since 2016, and as its editor in chief from 2008-2016. He is co-author, along with Nick Gillespie, of the 2011 book The Declaration of Independents: How Libertarian Politics Can Fix What’s Wrong With America. Welch’s work has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN.com, The Columbia Journalism Review, Salon.com, and scores of other publications. He is a frequent guest on MSNBC, Fox News, Fox Business Network, CNN, public radio, and AM radio stations from coast to coast. The Brooklyn, New York, resident blogs daily at Reason’s Hit & Run, and maintains an active Twitter feed.

Larry Sharpe

About Larry

Larry Sharpe is a native New Yorker born in New York City. He is the Managing Director of the Neo-Sage® Group, Inc.

He provides training, coaching and consulting in many industries including: finance, law, technology, media, retail, real estate, luxury, government and healthcare. He has trained and coached hundreds of entrepreneurs, executives, leaders, lawyers and reps from dozens of companies all over the world.

In addition, Larry has been an interim senior executive for companies in times of crisis; filling a senior post and helping them find a replacement. He consults with law firms for jury selection and trial prep. Additionally, Larry consults on political campaigns regarding strategy and debate prep. He is also a professional speaker and has spoken at dozens of venues to a wide range of audiences throughout the US, Europe and Asia.

After over 6 years as a US Marine, Larry became an English teacher for a few years and then worked in several B-to-C and B-to-B sales positions. In 2001, he started Prime Distribution Inc., but sold this business after two years.  Larry founded Neo-Sage® in 2004 and has been training top-tier professionals ever since. He has been an interim Executive VP and Sales VP for public companies and an executive coach for senior and C-Suite management.

In 2012, after hearing Gary Johnson speak, he became a member of the Libertarian Party and in 2016 he ran for the Vice-Presidential Candidacy. He is a current member of the libertarian National Committee (LNC).

Arvin Vohra

About Arvin

Before start­ing his own educational business, he stud­ied Math­e­mat­ics and Eco­nom­ics at Brown Uni­ver­sity, and then worked as an actuary.  After seeing the negative effects of government on business, education, and more, Arvin spent more and more time working for the causes of liberty.

He currently spends his time working as Vice Chair for the Libertarian National Committee, host of the Libertarians Working For You radio show, and vocal advocate for defunding and downsizing government programs that limit the freedoms of the American people.

1:00 PM to 4:00 PM – Business Session: Call to Order, Status Reports, Bylaw Revision and voting, Executive Committee Nominations, and Voting, adjourn the business session.

4:00 PM to 5:00 PM – Cocktail Social Hour

5:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Dinner: Dinner menu includes Chicken Piccata (sauteed chicken breast in lemon wine sauce), mixed greens salad, penne in pink sauce, green beans with toasted almonds, and roasted potatoes with caramelized onions, dessert and coffee.

6:00 PM to 8:00 PM – Guest Speakers and Q&A Session
